The user shall not have previously benefited from the services of Wasetakom App and has been prevented or banned from using the application.

The user shall not be a competitor to Wasetakom App or offer any product similar to the services provided by the company in the application.

The user and the service provider shall comply with all laws and regulations applicable within the country in which the service is provided.

The user shall provide true and accurate information to WaseetCom. As well as, The user shall abide by any notices made by Wasetakom App regarding the services it provides to ensure the quality of work and not to impede the quality of the application's work.

The user's use of WaseetCom' services shall not cause any harm, inconvenience, or annoyance to anyone.

The user shall keep all the contents and passwords to log in to his account securely.

The user shall provide us with all documents proving his identity or the identity of his vehicle, in addition to any other requests that the company may make in the future.

Arab Brokers Company for Digital Marketing has the right to refuse to provide any service or use of the application without giving you the reasons.

The user is not entitled to cancel any service after 3 minutes of confirming its request from the application or the website. In the event that the request is canceled, the user shall pay a fine of (a discretionary nominal amount for discussion) in exchange for canceling the service after requesting it.

The applicable law and dispute resolution shall be according to the system followed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The customer and the service provider shall realize that all roadside assistance services are only for public roads. This means that Arab Brokers Company for Digital Marketing and Wasetakom App are not responsible for towing, lifting or transporting the vehicles deteriorating in valleys or away from the public road in the distance that the service provider cannot reach. The customer shall undertake to pay the full amount of money to the service provider if he provides any false or inaccurate information about the location of the vehicle and the distance from the public road, including the weight of the vehicle established in the license and any excess baggage.
